Our Story - NATURES GENTLE TOUCH

Natures Gentle Touch came into existence in the early 80’s. During this period, women were having challenges getting the right hair care products.

The inflow of imported products meant that hair products that were specifically designed to suit the African hair were rarely available.

Imported hair products, which became the available option led to different hair and scalp problems like irritation, scalp burns, hair breakage, and discoloration.

It was upon this need that a young Industrial Chemist, Chika Ikenga, set out to develop the right hair care products that will confirm the hair texture, weather, and diet of Africans.

His innovation was based on formulations that blended natural ingredients which are known for their efficacy in hair care as used by Africans.
